Chapter 9 - The Magma Energy

The Magma Energy speaks from movement inside the Earth: molten, deep, rhythmic and far from ordinary human vibration. Where bedrock gives permanence, magma gives pulse. The voice describes itself as flux, ebb and flow, a layer within the planet that forms a vital link with the spiritual aspect of the moon. The mood is powerful, subterranean and lunar.

The first surprise is that lunar influence is not treated as something that comes only from above. Much of what the living world feels as the moon's power is said to arrive through magma energy moving within the Earth. The moon stirs the molten layers, and those layers release an infinitely subtle pulse upward and outward. The lunar rhythm is therefore both celestial and subterranean. The way is simple in form, though not small in meaning: offer oneself as a vehicle. The power can then move through the person and into the rest of mankind, especially toward those cut off from the lunar rhythm. In this sense, awareness becomes service.

The opportunity is either to repeat old mistakes or to move one level higher on the spiral. Magma energy is called a make-or-break influence because it holds the rhythm that may help mankind step upward rather than circle back unchanged.

It is to take one's place inside a rhythm that already includes minerals, plants, animals and the lunar cycle.
